Hop Lot Brewing Company started with an idea and a small-scale brewing operation in 2015. In 2016, the brewery was voted the 4th-best new brewery in Michigan. Over the years, the business has boomed, and so has the need for reliable brewing equipment. We didn't create the beer, but we made sure that the fermentation process was a success. This gave their brewers peace of mind.
